Home Inspector Training - Individual Educational Provider ABI/Ronald Riggs has been recognized by the Board of Registration of Home Inspectors as an Individual Educational Provider (IEP). IEPs provide 75 hours of Board approved training.
This training include
Six hours dedicated to the inspection of roofing;
Six hours dedicated to the inspection of exterior cladding system(s);
Six hours dedicated to the inspection of masonry system(s);
Nine hours dedicated to the inspection of structural system(s);
Nine hours dedicated to the inspection of electrical system(s);
Nine hours dedicated to the inspection of plumbing system(s);
Nine hours dedicated to the inspection of heating and air conditioning systems;
Six hours shall be dedicated to the 266 CMR regulations including the standards of practice;
Six hours dedicated to Report writing;
Three hours dedicated to professional ethics;
Three hours dedicated to contract law.
