Access and Preparation

The owner or property manager is responsible for arranging authorized access and coordinating any required tenant notices. Please provide the property address, number of units, occupancy status, inspection purpose and any specific concerns. Let us know whether you need individual unit reports or a combined property report so we can confirm the scope and price.

Scope and Report Delivery

Rental condition inspections document accessible areas and visible conditions included in your agreement. Concealed conditions, specialty testing and formal code-compliance determinations are outside the service unless separately agreed.Report delivery timing will be confirmed when your inspection is scheduled.
