ABI inspected a condo for us in Somerville and I cannot say enough about how great they were. The unit was in an very old building, so we were worried about issues hiding beyond plain sight. Ron and Tyrone were beyond thorough - they tested every outlet, looked at every brick, and scrutinized every joist. We were amazed by their knowledge and eye for detail. They kept their comments objective, but were happy to explain what they were checking and the implications of everything they found during the inspection - we learned a ton just by following them around! The report we received was super detailed and helped us negotiate some improvements with the seller. Now it forms the basis of our wish list for future work. Home inspections are stressful, but having ABI's experts check out our condo was the best inspection experience we can imagine. We recommend them to anyone.

We used ABI for a condo inspection this fall and were happy with their demeanor. They were very thorough and having two inspectors on-site was great for having a second pair of eyes to assess flaws and catch things that a single inspector may not always remember to review. Totally seasoned professionals who've seen it all, and have a good attitude separating imperfections that someone can live with from serious problems that need to be fixed.
The ABI team was awesome! They spread themselves throughout the house, each assigned to a specific floor. They were very thorough and took the time to explain all their findings so that we left with a full understanding. Our inspection report came on 2 business days. We HIGHLY recommend.
